Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. now launches THERMOFRONTTM. The brand uses sheet insulation that is eco-friendly. The product stays warm and light. It supports outdoor wear, sports gear, and casual clothes. Consumers gain comfort that meets green ideals.

Sustainable Composition & Innovative Technology

• THERMOFRONTTM uses over 70% ECOPET®.
  ECOPET® is recycled polyester from Teijin Frontier.
  The recycled fiber boosts the product’s green profile.

• Hollow cross-sectional fibers drive warmth.
  These fibers work better than old polyester.
  They keep heat near the body.

• The nonwoven fabric design mixes fibers well.
  The design teams fibers for heat, bulk, moisture control, and comfort.
  It shows innovation through simple links.

THERMOFRONT™ Sub-Brands

1. THERMOFRONT™ OA
     The product uses OCTAIR™.
     OCTAIR™ is an 8-fin hollow staple fiber.
     It gives bulk without weight.
     The fiber is fully recycled and warms steadily.

2. THERMOFRONT™ SL
     This sub-brand blends SOLOTEX® and AEROCAPSULE® γ ECO.
     SOLOTEX® has a spring structure.
     AEROCAPSULE® γ ECO is spiral and hollow.
     The mix softens the feel and helps the fabric return to shape while warming.

3. THERMOFRONT™ BE
     This mix uses BEMBERG® and AEROCAPSULE® γ ECO.
     BEMBERG® is from regenerated cellulose cupro fiber.
     The fiber duo absorbs moisture.
     It dries fast during activity and uses 97% recycled content.

Market Rollout & Future Plans

• Production starts in Japan and China.
  It will expand into Vietnam and Europe soon.

• Sales start on October 7.
  The launch targets the Autumn/Winter 2026 season.

• Teijin Frontier plans to sell 300,000 meters in fiscal 2025.
