Return & Refund Policy

Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- In the same condition you received it — unworn/unused
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at designdelightstudio24@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email designdelightstudio24@gmail.com.
