Most fleece relies on synthetic fillers to mimic density. We rely on mass. This is 100% cotton French Terry, looped on the interior to trap heat, sheared on the exterior for a dry, matte hand-feel. It does not drape like a blouse; it hangs with architectural intent.
We removed the 'softness' chemicals that wash out after three cycles. Instead, the fabric breaks in mechanically. Friction softens the loopback structure over time, molding to the wearer’s proprioceptive baseline without thinning the substrate. No pills. No fuzz. Just grit.
The Build Audit
- Seam Geometry: Flat-lock stitching reduces abrasion points. It lays flush against the skin.
- Tensile Integrity: 1x1 Ribbing at cuffs and hem. High-retention spandex trace ensures it snaps back, rather than bagging out.
- Grain Alignment: Cut cross-grain to resist vertical shrinkage. The fit remains constant.
