Shipping Restrictions

Certain items cannot be shipped to specific locations due to international regulations or carrier restrictions. If your order is affected:

Something Wrong with Your Shipment?

Wrong Address

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your organic apparel. If it's not perfect, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return for any item that's unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

What's Returnable:

✓ Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags)
✓ Stickers and posters
✓ Items in original condition with proof of purchase

What's NOT Returnable:

✗ Clearance items (marked "clearance" or "final sale")
✗ Items that have been worn, washed, or used
✗ Items with tags removed
✗ Gift cards

Made-to-Order Consideration

Since every item is made specifically for you when you order, we can only accept returns for items that are truly unused and resellable. This helps us maintain our zero-waste mission while still giving you confidence in your purchase.

How Returns Work

1. Start Your Return Email us at designdelightstudio24@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Item(s) you want to return
Reason (helps us improve!)

2. Get Approval We'll respond within 24-48 business hours with:

Return authorization
Return address
Packing instructions
Prepaid label (ONLY if item is defective or we sent wrong item)

3. Ship It Back

Use trackable shipping (keep your tracking number)
Reuse the original packaging when possible
You pay return shipping (unless item is defective or incorrect)

4. Receive Your Refund

Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive it
Refund processed: Within 10 business days of approval
Bank posting: Additional 2-5 days
Total time: Typically 2-4 weeks from when you ship

Defective or Wrong Items

We'll make it right immediately if you receive:

Damaged items
Defective products (print errors, seam issues, stains)
Wrong size, color, or item

Exchanges

Want a different size or color?

Option 1 (Fastest): Return your current item and place a new order. Your new item ships immediately while your return processes.

Option 2: Request a direct exchange. We'll hold your new size, but it won't ship until we receive your return (2-3 weeks total).

International Returns

Our 30-day policy applies worldwide with these notes:

You pay return shipping (can vary by country)
Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
EU customers have 14-day cooling-off period
Use trackable shipping (allow 2-4 weeks transit)

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We package every order with care for your products and our planet.

All our products are made-to-order, which means zero overstock waste. We also prioritize sustainable packaging materials across our entire product line.

Our Packaging Materials

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts)

Primary packaging: Post-consumer recycled (PCR) poly mailers with 70-100% recycled plastic content
Multi-item orders: Each item placed in a clear inner bag (minimum 30% PCR), then into the mailer
Single items: Placed directly in the mailer without inner bag to reduce material use
North America: 90-100% PCR plastic content in all poly mailers

Tote Bags

Packaging: PCR poly mailers (same as apparel)
Material: Lightweight but durable, protects during shipping while minimizing plastic use

Stickers (Kiss-Cut, Holographic, Bumper)

Primary packaging: Kraft paper envelopes (preferred) or plastic bags
Protection: Stay-flat cardboard inserts to prevent bending during transit
Why the upgrade: Stickers require rigid support to arrive in perfect condition

Posters (Enhanced Matte Paper)

Standard sizes: Triangular kraft cardboard tubes with no plastic end caps
Smaller sizes (8×10" and similar): Stay-flat paper envelopes with cardboard backing
Protection: Moisture-resistant kraft paper, fully recyclable

What PCR Means

Post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic comes from everyday recycled items like plastic bags, wrapping film, and bottles—giving them a second life instead of ending up in landfills.

Your Role in Sustainability

Reuse your packaging: Save mailers and boxes for your own shipping needs or to return items.

Recycle properly:

Poly mailers: Check with your local recycling program (many accept #4 plastic)
Cardboard boxes and tubes: Curbside recyclable
Kraft envelopes: Curbside recyclable

Keep tags on: If you might return an item, keep it in the original packaging. Reusing packaging for returns reduces waste.
