What makes your products eco-friendly?
We prioritize certified materials and safer printing. Depending on the item and supplier, look for these badges on product pages:
GOTS (organic cotton) OCS OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 GRS (recycled) PETA-Approved Vegan
DTG/transfer inks used for apparel are water-based and designed to be free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and PVC/phthalates. Figures like water savings vs. conventional cotton can vary by mill and style; always check the product page for the exact certification(s) and supplier notes.

How long does production and fulfillment take?
All items are made on demand—no inventory, less waste. Typical production windows:
- Apparel & soft goods: 2–5 business days
- Accessories & drinkware: 3–7 business days
- Home & décor: 4–8 business days

What are the shipping options and costs?

Can I order samples before my launch?
Yes—simply place a normal order to your address to evaluate print, fabric, and fit before a full run.
How should I prepare artwork files?
- 300 DPI PNG or high-quality JPEG for best results
- Transparent background for apparel prints
- Use our mockups to preview scale and placement
For color-critical designs, avoid ultra-thin lines (<1.5 pt) and low-opacity effects.
Which eco-friendly products do you offer?
